Eco-sustainability is at the heart of life at Villa Magnolia, sun and light, renewable energies, we believe that real eco-tourism should be based on the best available technology in order to cause as little disturbance to the environment as possible.

Villa Magnolia produces energy from Photo Voltaic ' s fitted on the flat roof , the energy from these cells supports the operation of the Villa and supplies the national grid. The domestic hot water is generated from Solar Thermal Panels. Water is pumped from the artesian well (filled by rainwater) to supply the house and the beautiful Roman style salt water swimming pool and sunken Jacuzzi in the ‘ Temple ' , an area for total relaxation.
