Eco-sustainability is at the heart of life at Villa Magnolia, sun and light, renewable energies, we believe that real eco-tourism should be based on the best available technology in order to cause as little disturbance to the environment as possible.

Villa Magnolia produces energy from a 13KW Wind turbine (installation due to be completed February 2010). The energy produced will sustain the Villa and supply the national grid, providing another step towards becoming 100% carbon neutral. ALL domestic hot water is generated from Solar Thermal Panels. Water is pumped from the artesian well (filled by rainwater) to supply the house and the beautiful Roman style salt water swimming pool and sunken Jacuzzi in the  Temple, an area for total relaxation.
